We take the security of your data seriously. UltraClean is built and operated by Shree Balajii Softwares with the practices described below. Security is an ongoing effort, and we continue to strengthen our controls as the platform grows.
Each business runs on its own dedicated database. One tenant's data is never mixed with another's, which reduces the risk of accidental cross-access between businesses.
The application is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, so data moving between your browser and our servers is protected against interception.
The Service is hosted with a reputable cloud/infrastructure provider. Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India; we handle such processing in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Key operations — order status changes, manifest dispatch and receipt, and payments — are recorded with timestamps and the user who performed them, giving you a traceable history of activity.
We maintain regular backups of customer databases and monitor the Service to keep it available. Specific backup frequency and recovery details can be discussed with Enterprise customers on request.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Please email security@ultracleand.com with the details and steps to reproduce, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. Please do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours, or degrade the Service, while testing. We appreciate the security community's help in keeping our customers safe.
