"Is my suit ready?" calls eat up counter time all day. When customers get an update the moment their order moves, they stop calling and start showing up on time. UltraClean sends those updates on WhatsApp, automatically, from the shop's own number.
Updates that go out automatically
| When | What the customer gets |
|---|---|
| Order is created | Confirmation with the order details |
| Items are ready | A message that their garments are ready to collect |
| QC finds an issue | A request for consent before a risky garment is processed |
| Order is delivered | A delivery confirmation |
| Home pickup is booked | A pickup-scheduled message |
How it's set up
- Install the UltraClean desktop companion app on the shop PC (Windows or Linux).
- Scan the QR code with the shop's WhatsApp, the same way you link WhatsApp Web.
- That's it — order events now queue messages, and the companion app sends them.
Each branch can pair its own number. The WhatsApp outbox in UltraClean shows every message, whether it was delivered or failed, and staff can send a one-off message manually from an order. The same companion app also prints tags and bills automatically to the shop's printers.
Customers can also check status themselves
Every order has a public tracking page: the customer enters their order code and sees where their garments are — no app or login required.
